Jon & Kate...

It's been a very, very long time since I posted about a TV show. In fact, not since this disaster have I even been tempted.

But after last night's season opener of Jon & Kate + 8, I have no choice.

I will however be very brief. 2 words even.

Goat Rodeo.

Sheesh.

I felt on edge while watching the show....you could just cut the tension between them with a knife! Ick.

I wrote about them on my blog today. It's time to pull the plug on this program before any more damage is done to those kids.

Its very sad to me, but I believe they have a choice and one of them is not willing to give up their "fame" for it!

I definitely hope they can fix things and find peace in their lives. It's easy for us to sit back and judge. But still, I hope they can find their way back to each other.

I actually felt bad for Kate. I feel like Jon has checked out.

I feel sorry for the kids. They are being exploited. I know the show is their source of income (which I hear from good authority that Kate is negotiating for 2 more years at 75,000 an episode)but give it up.

I was so sad watching the show last night. They need to end the show and get some serious marital counseling. Jon looked miserable, and Kate seemed she was just at a loss of how to make him happy.

How about quit filming everything and concentrate on being a family of 10. Isn't that enough work?

Maybe it's my PMS acting out, but I cried through a good part of the show, and I can't stop thinking about the children today. We've watched a family fall apart. So tragic.

I'm boycotting. Just on principle.

Oh, and I posted a pic for you!

I've never watched it, but I've seen the tabloids.

So sad.

I totally had to use the urban word dictionary to look up goat rodeo lol.
The show was awful, I feel like I should boycott it, but damn it's just like a car accident, you know you shouldn't look but you can't look away...

I seriously laughed out loud so hard to that. I blogged about Jon & Kate too, but not nearly as funny. I just stumbled upon your blog and love, love, love it. I read several of your past posts and am so glad I found you.

I am a Clemson girl too and have two minis (one boy and one girl) raising them in your neck of the woods too.

Love your blog. Have a great evening!
